All the employees of DIP foundry passed in 2015 through a multi-month training program for Kaizen, a Japanese business skills organized by SIEPA for selected companies in Serbia. From Mr. Susum Kimura, the original Japanese expert with experience for improvement of production, guest and teacher of our business people, the company has learned a lot: from marking tools and arranging working space, through cost reduction, to training management to motivate workers for creative use through rewards and acceptance of suggestions participation in the work. Kaizen principles have become a way of thinking and working for all employees in the foundry and are being consistently applied today.
The difference is visible: the responsibility and discipline of all employees is greater in terms of actively participating in the execution all of their work tasks, and thus achieve and maintain the best quality in joint work. As a result, they are much easier sustained market turbulence, sudden jump in energy prices, changes in metal price on the stock market and all the other oscillations that exist in this business.
